Why do most of the products in your catalog have the same photos?
We offer differentials of several design types, and they differ in appearance. But differentials of the same type are manufactured in identical cases. They differ only in size. We try to diversify the photo content of our site - but, unfortunately, we do not always have time to do everything. There are only a few people working in our company - and we strive to make the highest quality products in a short time and at an affordable price. Of course, advertising is the engine of trade. But production and our clients are more important to me. The photographs published on the site fully reflect the appearance of the differential. Differences in the sizes of specific models do not affect the appearance and performance of the product.
You write that you don't have many managers, and if I contact you, I will immediately contact the right employee. Is that true?
Yes, it is true. You will write directly to the person who will be with you at all stages of the deal - from specifying the model of the vehicle, to the delivery of your order to you.
I write to you, but you answer very slowly, after several hours. Why is that?
This is possible if we are on different continents and in different time zones. I usually answer requests as soon as I see them.
